Account Managers:We assign an account manager to each of our customers to ensure personalized service. Your representative will help you find the best quality products to meet the needs of your facility and work with you to create minimum quantity specifications to make ordering easy and efficient for you. Specific product inquiries will be handled by your representative, from which you can expect prompt and practical answers.
Showroom Store:
Located in our warehouse at 65 Benedict Street in Waterbury, Dumouchel Paper Company's showroom store displays many of the products we sell and is open to the public. Many of our customers utilize the facility for orders which do not meet our delivery requirements or to view items which they may want to purchase. In addition to paper, janitorial and maintenance supplies, the showroom also carries a wide variety of retail packaging, gift wrap and paper party supplies. Our customer service specialists can assist with printed items and any product questions that you may have while visiting the showroom.
Custom Printing:
Many of our manufacturers request custom prints on ordered items. Printing is available on boxes, bags, cups, placemats and napkins. Minimum quantities are required for many printed items. Customized items are also available, such as entrance matting, janitorial accessories and washable mops.
Machinery Repairs:
The Dumouchel Paper Company
is authorized to repair any of the floor machines we sell, in addition to providing limited service on machinery we do not sell. We recommend servicing all machinery on a regular basis to extend the life of your equipment. All repairs and servicing will be completed within ten business days, provided parts are readily available for the machine. We will gladly provide estimates for any service you need performed.
